PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide PLGA microparticles suitable for filtration sterilization.;SOLUTION: A PLGA microparticle contains lactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer (PLGA), in which relative Span Factor (R. S. F.) satisfies a formula (1) and an average volume-based particle diameter is 80 nm or less. 0(R. S. F.)≤1.20...formula (1) [(R. S.
