Provided are a strawberry cultivation device and a strawberry cultivation method, whereby energy efficiency can be increased, workability concerning flower buds can be improved and growth environment can be improved. The strawberry cultivation device is provided with a cultivation bed (1) comprising a planting part (3), in which a strawberry seedling (2) can be planted in a state of drooping sideward and downward, and a hanging means (4) for always keeping either flower buds (2a) or leaves (2b) of the strawberry seedling (2), which is drooping from the planting part (3), in a hanged state, wherein the planting part (3) is formed on a side wall (9) of a hollow bed body (8).
