PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly determine propriety of quick chilling due to liquefied gas at a connection part between a tank and a support member.;SOLUTION: A controller 30 includes: a first temperature detection unit 31 configured to detect a partition wall temperature T1 of a tank body storing liquefied gas; a second temperature detection unit 32 configured to detect a temperature T2 of a skirt supporting the tank body; a temperature difference acquisition unit 33 configured to acquire temperature difference ΔT between the partition wall temperature T1 detected by the first temperature detection unit 31 and the temperature T2 of the skirt detected by the second temperature detection unit 32; and a determination unit 34 configured to determine propriety of quick chilling due to liquefied gas at a joint part between the tank body and the skirt, based on the partition wall temperature T1 and the temperature difference ΔT.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
