PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp resource operational states at a plurality of servers in a precise manner.;SOLUTION: A resource monitoring system comprises: an abnormal resource information recording unit 123 for recording abnormal operational resource information including setting flags representing months, dates, days, public holidays, and the like set for the abnormal operations for each of a plurality of servers 10; a threshold outputting unit 122 following the setting value of a monitoring setting unit 121, and setting/outputting a change threshold for determining normal operational resource information trends for each server from the average value of the normal operational resource information that excludes the trends of the abnormality occurring dates and times in the abnormal operational resource information on the basis of the setting flags; and a threshold determining unit referring to the threshold outputted by the threshold outputting unit 122 and causing a warning device 21 to warn it out when it determines the obtained resource information exceeds an error tolerance.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
