PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state transition evaluation device for evaluating state transition capable of reducing computation time and memory usage.SOLUTION: Disclosed state transition evaluation device includes a binary decision diagram building part (15) that, when acquiring a piece of state transition information of a conjunctive normal form (CNF) in which state transition is represented with a logical expression for each clause, using variables used in the logical expression as nodal points, builds a binary decision diagram (BDD), and with respect to a clause in which the variable is included in the logical expression, determines whether the variable should be allotted. The state transition evaluation device evaluates the state transition of the logical expression by evaluating the satisfied state at each nodal point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
