PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a shaking cultivation machine for shaking and cultivating a liquid culture medium to which a sample is added, receiving a light radiated to the liquid culture medium, for measuring turbidity based on the measured absorbency index, as means for measuring growth of bacteria, however, in an inspection performed based on a food sanitation law or the like, a sample solution in which meat, fish, or vegetable is put into a phosphate buffer and homogenized, is an object of cultivation, in the sample solution, a tissue or fiber floats and is left as a residue, the light radiated due to existence of the residue receives interference, so that measurement of turbidity of the liquid culture medium itself is prevented.;SOLUTION: There is provided a bacterium cultivation inspection device comprising: a constant temperature bath for a test tube for cultivating bacteria in a still standing state in a liquid culture medium; an inspection light radiation part for radiating an inspection light to a height equal to or higher than a top half to a prescribed liquid level height in the test tube in the constant temperature bath; an inspection light reception part for receiving the inspection light radiated to the test tube; and a light reception intensity history holding part for recording and holding a history of light reception intensity of the inspection light.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
