PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-liquid mixing type weakly acidic hypochlorous acid or chlorous acid aqueous solution whose long-term handling is possible, which is capable of separately storing a hypochlorous acid or chlorous acid aqueous solution which does not fit for a long-term storage as the two-liquid mixing type, and capable of also resolving the problem of chlorine gas generation during two-liquid mixing.;SOLUTION: A synthetic resin bag material provided with an openable/closable plug member at an end portion, for which the outside is formed from a light shielding sheet, is prepared as a mixing container; chlorine gas generated during mixing thereof is recovered by confining and absorbing the chlorine gas; facing central part synthetic resin inner walls are joined in the form of a belt over an upper portion to a lower portion to be a separation wall; and a first compartment and a second compartment are formed on right and left sides by sandwiching the separation wall to separately store two liquids to be mixed, thereby enabling long-term storage in a light shielding state. When the joining of the separation wall is released by pushing the bag from the outside to mix the two liquids inside one storage bag, a small amount of a hypochlorous acid or chlorous acid aqueous solution of 50 to 10,000 ppm is prepared immediately before usage to make the hypochlorous acid or chlorous acid aqueous solution absorb the generated chlorine gas in the container.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
