PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target biomolecule identification method capable of easily determining the type of a target biomolecule in a sample.;SOLUTION: There is provided a method for identifying a target biomolecule, the method comprising the steps of: (a) contacting a sample containing a biomolecule with a plurality of bead to which a ligand capable of binding to a target biomolecule and a compound having a photolabile protecting group and capable of causing proton generation or incorporation by deprotection are immobilized; (b) placing the beads in contact with the sample containing biomolecule in each reaction vessel; (c) adding a reagent necessary for a nucleic acid elongation reaction to each reaction vessel; (d) performing a nucleic acid elongation reaction in each reaction vessel; (e) measuring the proton concentration during the nucleic acid elongation reaction; (f) determining the presence or absence of nucleic acid elongation for each reaction vessel based on the measured increase in the proton concentration; and (g) identifying the type of a ligand for each reaction vessel based on an increase of the amount of proton concentration change in each reaction vessel before and after light irradiation.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
