PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber scanner 10 for performing a stable scanner irradiation.;SOLUTION: An optical fiber scanner 10 is held in a cantilever-like manner with a fixing end 12 F2 fixed, and includes an optical fiber 12 whose free end 12 F1 emits irradiation light oscillating in an X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction; a ferrule 20 for fixing the optical fiber 12; and a driving unit 25 constituted so as to cause the optical fiber 12 to oscillate. The ferrule 20 includes a groove T 20 in parallel with an optical axis. The optical fiber 12 is inserted into the groove T 20.
