PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone directory management system capable of improving security strength of telephone directory information shared by a plurality of users.;SOLUTION: A management server that manages telephone directory information used by a plurality of users, comprises: a storage part that stores authentication information related to a plurality of portable terminals owned by a plurality of users, and transmission destination information for transmitting telephone directory information; a transmission part that transmits encrypted telephone directory information to a plurality of portable terminals related to the transmission destination information; a reception part that receives a use permission request of the telephone directory information from a portable terminal of a reception destination of the encrypted telephone directory information; and a controller that, on receipt of the use permission request, controls the transmission part to transmit a permission signal for decrypting the encrypted telephone directory information to the portable terminal of the reception destination in a case where the portable terminal of the reception destination is authenticated by the authentication information stored in the storage part and stored in the transmission destination information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
