PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endothelial function measuring apparatus for brachial artery eliminating displacement of an ultrasonic probe with respect to the brachial artery, the displacement relating to pulling of a skin caused by compression of a compression device, and capable of positioning the ultrasonic probe at a same site on the brachial artery for each measurement.;SOLUTION: Positioning is performed by a tourniquet 40 wound around an upper arm 29 in a state where a forearm 35 on a rotational bracket 36 along with the rotational bracket 36 once bends toward the upper arm 29 in a direction of enfolding an ultrasonic transmission plate material 26. Consequently, an ultrasonic probe 14 can be retained with respect to a brachial artery 29a, at an optimal position enabling acquisition of an ultrasonic tomographic image and acquisition of a diameter of a vascular endothelial from the image, and further the ultrasonic probe 14 can be positioned at a same site on the brachial artery 29a for each measurement.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
