PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicant employment support system.SOLUTION: An applicant employment support system of the invention is an applicant employment support system containing an analysis server connected to at least one user terminal through a communication network. The analysis server comprises: a user identifier reception part for receiving an identifier unique to the user, for accessing the analysis server, which is acquired by the user of the user terminal from at least one company, from the at least one user terminal; and a problem behavior tendency prediction part for, in response to reception of the identifier unique to the user, performing communication with the at least one user terminal, once or plural times, exchanging data indicating an emotion of the user, between it and the at least one user terminal, then calculating an emotion intelligence score value pattern of the user from the data indicating the emotion of the user, and based on a tendency and a degree of an emotion impediment of the user associated with the emotion intelligence score value pattern, predicting a tendency of a problem behavior of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
