PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shoes that are not influenced by weather changing every day, is the shoes resistive against rainy water wetting, is provided with waterproof properties being just in the shoes as measures when getting wet to the inside of the shoes, is the footwear provided with quick drying properties even against the wetting in the shoes to suppress stuffiness, and can be worn in a dry state every day even as for the period of long rain.;SOLUTION: In footwear, a carapace is formed of water repellent-processed leather or synthetic leather with waterproof and breathability, all leather lining uses a material having waterproof properties and breathability, and an insole uses a resin-made material or a waterproofed material.
