PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for providing an antifogging film having excellent antifogging properties and durability.SOLUTION: An antifogging agent composition comprises a monomer (A) that is a hydroxyalkyl (meth) acrylamide: 15-65 pts. mass, a monomer (B) that is a hydroxy group-containing diacrylate represented by formula (2): 5-80 pts. mass, a monomer (C) represented by formula (3): 5-30 pts. mass (where, the total of A, B and C is 100 pts. wt.), and a photopolymerization initiator (D): 0.1-10 pts. mass.
