PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a waiting time of a queue accurately by properly grasping a status of the queue formed.;SOLUTION: A queue waiting time calculation system comprises a static image data acquisition section acquiring static image data photographing a zone including a queue formed, a first indicator information storage section storing image data of a first indicator for specifying a zone formed by a group that does not form the queue, a group zone processing section that determines whether a plurality of the first indicators are contained in the static image data based on the first indicator image data, and if determined that it is contained, deletes a zone specified by the plurality of the first indicators from the static image data as a group zone where the group presents, and a waiting time output section that specifies a queue present in the static image from which the group area is deleted based on information for specifying an image of a person, and calculates a waiting time of each queue to output it as waiting time data.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
