PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voting right exertion result collection technique for further facilitating an electronic voting right exertion.;SOLUTION: A voting right exertion result collection system has: a shareholder client terminal; an SR site server 1 that provides services including a support of procedures (process) to the shareholder client terminal having a first member registered; a shareholder record administrator server; and a relay server that has a mechanism enables an exchange of information only with the shareholder client terminal having a second member different in a registry destination from the first member registration registered, and selected in advance based on a record of shareholders by a shareholder record administrator server. The SR site server 1 is configured to provide an interface of a voting right exertion reply form for a voting right exertion to be registered in the relay server to the shareholder client terminal.
