PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing method of an ultraviolet-curable offset ink, by which such a printed matter can be obtained that films serving as a print base have little shrinkage by heat generation during irradiation of ultraviolet rays, an ink cured film has sufficient curability, and a cured film has flexibility, low odor and little yellow discoloration.SOLUTION: A curing method of an ultraviolet-curable offset ink comprising a (meth)acryl monomer and/or (meth)acryl oligomer, an acylphosphine oxide compound and an extender is provided, in which a light source used for curing is an ultraviolet LED lamp having an emission wavelength of 200 to 420 nm, and irradiation by the ultraviolet LED lamp is carried out in a nitrogen purge environment.SELECTED DRAWING: None
