PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for reduced minerals containing minerals which have been pointed out as causing various disorders in living organisms if there is a lack thereof, and which has high reduction power against active oxygen which is a harmful substance for the body while having stable activity therefor.;SOLUTION: Incinerated ash is added into a gas furnace filled with nitrogen gas, thereafter the gas furnace is deaerated, hydrogen gas is added into the gas furnace in a range of 1 to 1000 mM per 1 g of the incinerated ash, the gas furnace is heated such that the temperature inside the furnace is in the range of 600 to 1000°C and a reduced mineral is produced, thereafter, the temperature inside the furnace is reduced to normal temperature, the furnace is exhausted and substituted with nitrogen gas, and the reduced mineral is recovered.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
