PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant for a hot stamping process in order not to generate seizure by intervening a lubricant film between contacts of a metal mold and a material interface by means of a lubricant, in the hot stamping process, because when the hot stamping process is performed in a dry state after solid solution heat treatment of an age-hardened aluminum alloy plate, the seizure is generated to be incapable of molding.SOLUTION: In a press process after the solid solution heat treatment of an age-hardened aluminum alloy plate, in order not to generate seizure during a press process due to intervention of a lubricant film between contacts of a metal mold and a material interface by using the lubricant, as a lubricant for hot stamping process, a lubricant for hot stamping that is a straight-type and emulsion-type liquid lubricant and contains an oiliness improver, an extreme pressure additive, a solid lubricant or the like in a base oil is provided. When it is used as the emulsion-type, the lubricant for hot-stamping includes a surfactant, water or the like in the lubricant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
