Provide mechanisms and techniques for presenting customized learning content for young children based on their developmental age. In one example, the system includes an infant monitoring device and a monitoring hub. The infant monitoring device includes sensors that collect measurement data associated with the infant when presenting the first module of learning content to the infant. The monitoring hub receives the measurement data and analyzes the measurement data in relation to the developmental model obtained from the remote platform to determine whether the first module of learning content was appropriate for the infant. The measurement data is analyzed to determine the infant's developmental age, and a second learning content module customized to the infant's developmental age is presented. [Selection] Figure 3
