PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a karaoke singing support device that makes karaoke singing possible easily even when lyrics to be displayed cannot be looked at.SOLUTION: A karaoke singing support device has: a photography part photographing an image displayed to a display of a karaoke device accompanied by karaoke performance; a character recognition part recognizing a character string of lyrics included in the photographed image; a determination part which compares a character string included in the first image with a character string included in a second image photographed at a later timing than the first image and determines whether or not a new character string that is not in the first image is included in the character string included in the second image; a voice data conversion part which can convert the new character string into voice data when a new character string is included; and a voice output processing part outputting voice data equivalent to the new character string.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
