PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more improve a handover method in a field of mobile communication related to a vehicle while an application example related to an autonomously driven vehicle in which data amounts to be transmitted by mobile communication are sharply increased is known from the field of mobile communication in a vehicle in recent years.SOLUTION: Information on option equipment of a mobile radio network subscriber station (30) is taken into consideration in the case of handover processing for the mobile radio network subscriber station (30).
