PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worm reduction gear which can perform a whirl stop and the come-off prevention of a worm shaft with respect to a connecting member for transmitting a drive force of an electric motor to the worm shaft by a simple constitution, an electric power steering device including the worm reduction gear, and a manufacturing method of the worm reduction gear.;SOLUTION: A worm reduction gear 15 includes: a worm shaft 21 which is driven and rotated by an electric motor 16, and formed with a caulking part 21I at a one-end part 21A; a first connecting member 51; and a second connecting member 52 which is connected to a motor shaft 16A of the electric motor 16, and engaged with the first connecting member 51. In the first connecting member 51, the one-end part 21A is pressure-inserted into a penetration hole 55A, and the caulking part 21I is caulked to a recess 55B which extends to the outside in a radial direction R of the worm shaft 21 from the penetration hole 55A at an end face 55C in an axial direction X.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
