PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for aiding diagnostic imaging of bone tissue using SPECT or PET.SOLUTION: A technique of the present invention involves steps of: accessing three-dimensional image data acquired by means of single photon emission computed tomography or positron emission tomography that uses a radioactive tracer for bone tissue; acquiring information for identifying a reference region in the three-dimensional image data; acquiring information on a detection parameter for identifying lesion candidate pixels; identifying the lesion candidate pixels using the identified reference region and the detection parameter; and setting a region surrounding the lesion candidate pixels as a lesion region of interest.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
