PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a leaf spring member to a base in mounting a magnetic component to the base, without increasing the physique of the leaf spring member.;SOLUTION: An intermediate part 23 is closer to a magnetic component 13 than a mounting part 21 and extends in parallel to an axial direction of a screw 14. Thus, even if a leaf spring member 20 is deformed when the magnetic component 13 is mounted to a base 11, a second curved portion 25 which is a portion between the intermediate part 23 and a pressing part 22 in the leaf spring member 20 can be avoided from entering a space of a tool 30 for tightening the screw 14, due to the deformation of the leaf spring member 20.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
