The present invention pertains to an email analysis system provided with: a mail acquisition unit for acquiring a received email as training data, according to action information indicating an action taken by a user with respect to an email received by the user; an action-necessity evaluation unit for evaluating the degree of necessity of a user action with respect to an email newly received by the user, according to results evaluating a data element included in the training data according to a prescribed standard; and a presentation unit for presenting a user with the newly received email in an order corresponding to the evaluation results from the action-necessity evaluation unit.
