PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fault suspect location estimation device capable of suitably estimating a fault suspect location in an enterprise network, in a communication network where a plurality of service providers provide communication services across a plurality of enterprise networks.SOLUTION: A fault suspect location estimation device 40 includes a storage unit 41 for storing the network resource information including the connection structure of nodes in an enterprise network 10, and the relation of connection among a plurality of enterprise networks 10, a service monitoring information collection unit 42a acquiring the service monitoring information for identifying a section where a fault is occurring, from a plurality of service provider servers 30, and an analysis unit 42c for adding a fault suspect point to a node existing in a fault occurrence section, for the fault occurrence section included in the service monitoring information, with reference to the storage unit 41 based on the service monitoring information, and estimating that a node having the maximum value of fault suspect point is a fault suspect location.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
