PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively provide service at the counter even for transactions in banking institutions requiring identity verification.SOLUTION: Before a customer is called to the counter, an electronic booking machine 30 receives the input of information specifying the type of a slip and information corresponding to the items on the specified slip, creates and stores slip item data that is information corresponding to the type of the slip and the items on the slip, and prints the slip on the basis of the slip item data. The electronic booking machine 30 further determines the necessity of identity verification by using the slip item data, when determined that the identity verification is necessary, receives the input of information to be described on an identity verification record to create and store identity verification record data, and prints the identity verification record on the basis of the identity verification record data.
