Transport self-organizing network framework that understands the quality of experience

Various networks can benefit from appropriate management techniques and systems. For example, long-term evolution networks and other wireless communication networks can benefit from a transport self-organizing network framework with a clear experience quality. The method includes monitoring a transport connection for at least one base station (eg, eNB) across the mobile backhaul. The method also includes detecting at least one deterioration or anomaly in the transport connection of at least one base station. The method further includes taking appropriate network management actions in response to the detected deterioration or anomaly. [Selection] Figure 4
