PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opioid abuse prevention formulation comprising opioid, specifically oxycodone hydrochloride trihydrate, with high content uniformity, the formulation allowing the surface of a tablet, even when a coating agent is coated thereon, to have no asperity and no crack in a coating.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided an opioid abuse prevention formulation, which can be produced by mixing mixed powder in which oxycodone hydrochloride trihydrate and an additive are mixed at a high shear force, or by mixing the mixed powder as granules to produce the formulation having high content uniformity. Furthermore, the formulation is coated with a coating material, cured, and then coated to provide the surface of a tablet with no asperity and no crack in a coating.SELECTED DRAWING: None
