The present invention provides a method of treating glioma in a subject comprising administering to the subject an anti-programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) antibody. In certain embodiments, the present invention provides a method for treating glioma in a subject, wherein the anti-cancer agent is an anti-programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) antibody and another anti-cancer agent, such as an anti-cytotoxic T lymphocyte. It relates to a method comprising administering to the subject a combination with an antigen-4 (CTLA-4) antibody.
