PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow communication traffic between nodes by the service to be learned.;SOLUTION: A communication traffic estimation device 10 includes: a virtual topology setting unit 104 that regards an input/output interface, i.e. an interface of a node connected with a terminal device as a virtual node, sets a virtual link connecting the virtual node and the node connected with the terminal device, and thereby expands topology of a communication network to virtual topology including the virtual node and the virtual link; and a communication traffic calculation unit 106 for calculating estimation values of traffic on respective flows on the virtual topology using link traffic information and routing information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
