PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a plurality of photographing devices to perform bullet time photographing on the basis of an operation of an operator of a communication device.SOLUTION: A bullet time photographing system includes: a communication apparatus; a plurality of photographing devices surrounding a subject; and a management device for instructing the plural photographing devices to perform bullet time photographing on the basis of bullet time photographing instructions including information to specify a photographing image to start bullet time photographing transmitted by the communication apparatus and information to specify a photographing direction of bullet time photographing. The management device includes a management table recording the information to specify the photographing image, photographing time information, and information to identify a photographing device that has photographed the photographing image by associating them with each other, refers to the management table on the basis of the information to specify the photographing image to start bullet time photographing, identifies photographing time to start bullet time photographing and a photographing device to start bullet time photographing, and instructs the plurality of photographing devices to perform bullet time photographing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
