PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended cage passage guide tool which prevents work efficiency of maintenance and inspection of an overhead line from deteriorating without damaging an overhead line when the tool is attached to/detached from the overhead line and when a wheel of a suspended cage passes.;SOLUTION: A suspended cage passage guide tool 1 comprises: a first wheel guide section 12 for gradually increasing a height position of a wheel 5 from an overhead line 2 as a spacer 3 approaches the wheel 5 and guiding the wheel 5 along the overhead line 2; a second wheel guide section 14 for gradually decreasing the height position of the wheel 5 from the overhead line 2 as the wheel 5 gets away from the spacer 3 and guiding the wheel 5 along the overhead line 2; and an intermediate wheel guide section 13 which is positioned between the first wheel guide section 12 and the second wheel guide section 14 and allows the wheel 5 to smoothly get over the spacer 3 by guiding the wheel 5 from the first wheel guide section 12 to the second wheel guide section 14.
