The present invention achieves a fireproof structure that is of a compartment penetrating section and that is simple and effective without using a filler. A thermally expansive sleeve (20) able to be disposed in a through hole (6) for disposing an elongated object and in a fireproof compartment (A, B) comprising partition walls (1) is such that an incombustible member (30) is integrally laminated to the surface, and the thermally expansive sleeve (20) is disposed in a manner so as to conform to the shape of the peripheral surface (3a, 4a) of the partition walls (1) that form/compartmentalize the through hole (6) with the incombustible member (30) therebetween.
