PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote buying service.SOLUTION: A reward determination apparatus includes a grant unit, an acquisition unit, and a determination unit. The grant unit grants to a user the right corresponding to a commodity purchased from the user. The acquisition unit acquires information relating to resale of the commodity purchased from the user. The determination unit determines rewards for the right granted by the grant unit, on the basis of the information acquired by the acquisition unit. The acquisition unit, for example, acquires a selling price in resale of the commodity purchased from the user.
