Systems and methods are provided for noninvasively monitoring intracranial pressure. In some aspects, the method includes acquiring diffusion correlation spectroscopic data at a temporal resolution greater than a pulsatile frequency of a subject's cerebral blood flow using one or more optical sensors disposed around the subject And determining pulsatile cerebral blood flow using the acquired data.
