Systems and methods are provided for noninvasively monitoring intracranial pressure. In some aspects, the method includes acquiring diffusion correlation spectroscopic data at a temporal resolution greater than a pulsatile frequency of a subject's cerebral blood flow using one or more optical sensors disposed around the subject And determining pulsatile cerebral blood flow using the acquired data. The method also includes correlating the determined pulsating cerebral blood flow with biological data obtained from the subject and estimating intracranial pressure based on the correlation.
