PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening part closing method capable of performing a simple, easy and fast opening part closing stage and realizing a positive anti-water leakage seal.SOLUTION: After arranging a pipe in a pipe hole formed at a floor slab of a building, an opening part closing member is adhered to a lower surface of the floor slab, a closing member is filled from an upper side of the pipe hole between an outer peripheral surface of the pipe and an inner peripheral surface of the pipe hole to close a pipe penetration part.
