A Chinese character inputting apparatus of a computer including a keyboard (1) and a monitor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a keyboard part (10) in which basic strokes of Chinese characters are distributed on a first line (11), a second line (12) and a third line (13) of the keyboard (1); a selection part which displays a number part (21) for displaying serial numbers on an area on one side of the monitor (2), and which disposes a radial part (23) and a character part (25) so as to correspond to the number part (21); and a display part (30) disposed on an area on the other side of the monitor (2) to thereby sequentially display a finally selected character through the keyboard part (10) and the selection part (20). Accordingly, since a key is made and disposed according to the principles used at the time of making Chinese characters, intuitiveness and convenience can be simultaneously realized, and thus, users of various terminals including a computer can easily and conveniently use the Chinese character inputting apparatus.
