PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter adhesion determination method capable of certainly and efficiently performing adhesion of foreign matter to a green tire formed by a strip winding method.SOLUTION: A foreign matter adhesion determination method for a green tire includes: a raw data acquisition step Sa of generating three-dimensional raw data D0 of a surface 3 to be inspected, with rotation of a green tire T and radiation of sensor light 2L to an X direction from a two-dimensional displacement sensor 2; an averaging processing step of averaging the three-dimensional raw data D0 to obtain three-dimensional processing data D1; and an imaging step of binarizing each distance data z of the three-dimensional processing data D1 with a threshold, and imaging binarized three-dimensional processing data D2.
