Improving the quality of experience in communication sessions

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of experience about an electronic communication session. A computer-implemented method, computer program product, and computer system for managing quality of experience for a communication session are provided. In one implementation, the method can include determining a language spoken in the communication session. The method may also include selecting a codec for the communication session based at least in part on a language spoken in the communication session.
