PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility management system capable of efficiently managing respective pieces of equipment in facilities.SOLUTION: A controller 2 includes: a control execution unit 22 that controls a monitoring point of a control object on the basis of an instruction from facility management devices 1 and 5 or an instruction device; a monitoring point data collection unit 24 that collects monitoring point data; and a state information data creation unit 25 that creates state information data in which information on the device of an instruction source is added to the monitoring point data collected by the monitoring point data collection unit 24. The facility management device 1 includes: a data acquisition unit 11 that acquires the state information data; and a detailed information creation unit 14 that creates detailed information based on information on a state of the monitoring point and information on the device that has given the instruction, on the basis of the state information data acquired by the data acquisition unit 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
