PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an error between a surface shape of an object and an approximate plane thereof.;SOLUTION: The information processor executes a region division method, including: creating plural regions from a piece of data representing a surface shape an object; calculating first plural evaluation values each representing a difference between a state of a combination investigation region and a state of plural planes which are formed by combining the combination investigation region and each of one or more neighboring regions, using the plural regions as combination investigation regions; and combining two regions in the plural regions based on the first plural evaluation values.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
