PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving picture creation system capable of easily creating a moving picture which changes in response to selection of a user.SOLUTION: A moving picture creation system for creating a moving picture using input information and template information registered in advance, which determine material information for creating a moving picture, comprises: acceptance means for accepting input of interactive selection information; specification means for specifying at least one of the input information and the template information for creating a moving picture by using the interactive selection information; and moving picture creation means for outputting a moving picture by using the information determined by the specification means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
