PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network management server and a canalization determination method capable of achieving canalization determination of a communication network with a small amount of data and a small calculation capability.SOLUTION: Network configuration data consisting of the information of previously registered facilities and the connection information between facilities is saved, the network configuration data is updated when communication stop state between adjacent facilities is detected, an adjacency matrix indicating the connection relationship between adjacent facilities is generated based on the network configuration data, a reachability matrix indicating whether or not the communication with all facilities in the communication network is possible is calculated from the adjacency matrix, for each facility, and then the canalization determination results between the facilities indicated by the elements of the reachability matrix are outputted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
