PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identifier determination device capable of specifying an application identifier of a settlement application subjected to deletion even if a UI application does not include a function for storing an application identifier, an UI application is newly installed or a SIM card is ejected from a mobile terminal and inserted into another mobile terminal.SOLUTION: An application selection instruction to which settlement brand registration information corresponding to a settlement application subjected to deletion is added is transmitted to a SIM card, and an execution result of the application selection instruction is received from the SIM card. If an application identifier including the settlement brand registration information added to the application selection instruction is included in the execution result of the application selection instruction, the application identifier included in the execution result of the application selection instruction is determined as an application identifier of the settlement application subjected to deletion.
