PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of interpolating a database of positional fingerprints in at least one area of the bandwidth, frequency, and space.SOLUTION: A data set 40 collects channel impulse responses in a case where it receives transmission signals sent from various different position candidates, and more than one data set are stored so that the data sets correspond to different center frequencies, respectively. A plurality of bandwidth interpolation units 42 interpolate the bandwidth of each dataset based on a bandwidth estimated by a bandwidth estimation unit 30. A frequency interpolation part 44 interpolates the frequencies of the data sets interpolated by the bandwidth interpolation units 42 based on a center frequency estimated by a center frequency estimation unit 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
