PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame of a solar panel, or the like, which has high cooling efficiency of the solar panel.SOLUTION: A frame of a solar panel comprises a panel supporting part 20 that is fixed to an upper surface side of a frame main body 10, and supports a solar panel 5 on an upper end part thereof. The frame main body 10 includes: a bottom plate part 11 in which a back surface faces a front surface of a setting region of the solar panel 5; and an upper direction opening molding frame part 13 which is built on the upper surface side of the bottom plate part 11 and in which a concrete part 16 is formed in an inner side thereof. The panel supporting part 20 at least has: a plurality of supporting leg parts which are positioned in four corner parts of the frame main body 10, and are fixed to the inner side of the molding frame part 13 in a standing posture; and a supporting beam part that is arranged along both sides of the frame main body, and couples an upper end of the supporting leg parts 21 to be opposite, and to which the solar panel 5 is fixed. A ventilation space 4 for passing through wind is formed between the solar panel 5 to be supported by the panel supporting part 20 and the frame main body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
