PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce energy consumption of a transfer device.SOLUTION: A manufacturing processing system comprises: a manufacturing efficiency improving device including a device state acquisition unit for acquiring a state of a processing device for processing an object to be processed, and a transfer instruction transmission unit for transmitting a transfer instruction for performing transfer from a predetermined position to the processing device; and a transfer control device that, according to the transfer instruction from the transfer instruction transmission unit, moves a transfer device for transferring the object to be processed along an intra-bay transfer route from the predetermined position to a standby position in the vicinity of the processing device, stops the transfer device at the standby position, and, then when the device state acquisition unit has acquired the state of the processing device having been a state capable of mounting the object to be processed, moves the transfer device along the intra-bay transfer route from the standby position to the processing device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
