PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a client terminal to perform appropriate communication according to a situation.SOLUTION: A wireless LAN router 10 includes: a relay unit 11, connected to the Internet 30 by radio, enabling a client terminal 20, connected to the self-device 10, to communicate through the Internet 30, on receiving the connection from the client terminal 20 by radio; a determination information acquisition unit 12 for acquiring, as determination information, at least one of the position of the self-device 10 and the time of the present time point; and a control unit 13 for controlling the relay unit 11 whether or not the client terminal 20 can communicate through the Internet 30.
